During the week, you will learn techniques within Deep Tissue Massage. After the training, you have a stable technical and theoretical foundation to be able to perform a full body treatment on a massage table and the tools to be able to work professionally. Among other things, we practice basic techniques, positioning and anatomy along with etiquette and client assessment. You will also get to try working therapeutically and treating minor physical ailments and pain-related problems.

We start each day with a joint morning practice followed by breakfast. After breakfast, we begin today's lesson in massage.
